Once your design has been finalised, the glassware is thoroughly cleaned to ensure a smooth surface. Any residues on the glass can interfere with the engraving process, leading to less-than-perfect results.

We then use laser engraving for precision and etch the design onto the surface of the glass. The laser vaporises the glass material where it contacts, creating a frosted look that forms the design.

After engraving, each piece undergoes a quality check to ensure your design has been accurately engraved. We’ll complete any necessary touch-ups, then clean the glassware to remove debris from the engraving process.

It depends on the complexity of the design and the number of products you purchase. On average, a single piece can be engraved within a few hours, but bulk orders require more time.

Yes, the laser engraving process creates a permanent mark on the glass, making it dishwasher-safe. However, hand washing is recommended to maintain the glassware’s pristine condition.

While our glassware is versatile, it’s primarily designed for cold or room-temperature beverages. Using it for very hot liquids is not recommended as it may cause the glass to crack.

While we aim to accommodate all design requests, some limitations exist due to the nature of laser engraving. Extremely intricate designs or very small text may not be feasible. Our team will review your design and suggest alternatives if necessary.

All glassware is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use cushioned materials and sturdy boxes to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
