This product is custom made to order. Processing times are approximately 2 business days for template design & engraving, plus 1-14 business days for shipping.
If your order does not arrive in time please contact us for a certificate and image which can be printed and gifted in a card so the recipient knows that you have gone to the effort of a personalised gift which is on its way.
Seal Guarantee & Returns Policy
Customer service is key to our success, you will receive a follow up email within 30 days after we dispatch every order to ensure that you have received your parcel, and that you are satisfied with your order.
- Please note that visible faults must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
- Barrels must be sealed with water immediately, and leaks must be reported within 30 days from receipt of your barrel. IMPORTANT – The seal guarantee becomes void if the leak is not reported within 30 days from receipt of the barrel.
- All items must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt.
- Refunds less the cost of postage & packaging will be reversed against your payment.
- Buyer pays return postage.
- We are unable to provide a refund, or exchange, if there is a mistake on your approved design, therefore please carefully check that all spelling and details are correct before approving your item to be engraved.
