This product is custom made to order. Processing times are approximately 2 business days for template design & engraving and 1-14 business days for shipping. If your order will not arrive in time, we suggest you print out the picture of the item you ordered from our website and put that picture in a card or gift box and inform your gift recipient that their gift will arrive soon.

Returns Policy

Visible faults must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel – Barrels must be sealed with water immediately, and leaks must be reported within 30 days from receipt of your barrel – Item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it – Refunds less the cost of postage & packaging will be given as money back – Buyer pays return postage.
